NIMS Portal क्या है? | What is NIMS ?

NIMS (National Instructor Management System) (राष्ट्रीय प्रशिक्षक प्रबंधन प्रणाली) एक centralized digital platform है जिसे Directorate General of Training (DGT) ने launch किया है। यह Skill India Digital Hub (SIDH) portal पर hosted है।

NIMS को India के पूरे ITI ecosystem के लिए एक “single source of truth” के रूप में design किया गया है — यानी हर Instructor की verified जानकारी एक ही जगह होगी। यह proposed National Skill Instructor Registry (SIR) की नींव बनेगा।

In simple words — NIMS is the national digital identity system for every ITI instructor in India. It covers all Government ITIs, Private ITIs, NSTIs, PMKVY institutions, and JSS Centres — and all types of instructors: regular, contractual, and guest faculty.

Authorized ITI का Role | Role of the Verifier ITI

हर Government ITI के Approver login में एक additional “NIMS Verifier” role automatically add हो जाएगा। इसी के through वे verification करेंगे।

⚡Principal पर सीधी जिम्मेदारी | Principal is Personally Responsible

Authorized ITI के Principal किसी भी malpractice या NIMS Verifier rights के misuse के लिए personally जिम्मेदार होंगे। उल्लंघन की स्थिति में Approver ID block कर दिया जाएगा। इसी तरह, non-qualified Instructors को register करने पर registering ITI का Approver ID भी block होगा।

IPRN — Instructor Permanent Registration Number — यह हर verified ITI Instructor को मिलने वाला एक unique, permanent digital ID है। इसे आप अपना “National Instructor ID Card” समझ सकते हैं। एक बार IPRN मिल जाए — यह transfers, नई ITI, और पूरे career में काम आएगा।

ITSU Mapping के महत्वपूर्ण नियम | Key Rules

केवल valid IPRN वाले approved Instructors ही ITSU mapping के लिए eligible हैं
एक Instructor (एक IPRN) = सिर्फ एक ITSU या एक Subject — पूरे देश में, किसी भी समय
Engineering Drawing (ED), Employability Skills (ES) और Workshop Calculation & Science (WCS) सभी mandatorily map होने चाहिए
जो ITSU 16 May 2026 तक map नहीं होगा — वह 2026 Seat Matrix में नहीं आएगा
Session के बीच ITSU vacant होने पर 30 दिनों के अंदर नया Instructor map करना होगा — वरना academic और exam activities disabled हो जाएंगी
बिना instructor mapping के admission नहीं होगा

Trade Theory/Practical: 1+1 unit के लिए 2 Instructors (प्रति unit 1)

Engineering Drawing: 144 seats पर 1 Instructor (हर 144 पर additional)

WCS: 144 seats पर 1 Instructor

Employability Skills: 240 से अधिक trainees पर 1 full-time, 240 या कम पर 1 part-time

Group Instructor: हर 8 units पर 1

State/UT Directorates की जिम्मेदारी

DGT Director General का पत्र (D.O. No. DGT-MIS013/2/2023) सभी States/UTs के Principal Secretaries को directly address किया गया है। उनसे निम्नलिखित सुनिश्चित करने को कहा गया है:

ITI Principals और officials के लिए awareness workshops / Video Conferences आयोजित करें
Registration से पहले Instructor data और documents की proper compilation सुनिश्चित करें
Authorized ITI के रूप में designated सभी Government ITIs में dedicated verification team बनाएं
ITSU Mapping और Instructor lifecycle activities की regular monitoring करें
NIMS portal पर data की accuracy, completeness और timeliness सुनिश्चित करें
04 May 2026 के बाद pending verification के लिए State/UT Directorate जिम्मेदार होगा

Q1. क्या Private ITI के Instructor भी NIMS पर register कर सकते हैं?

हाँ। NIMS सभी categories को cover करता है — Government ITI, Private ITI, NSTI, PMKVY और JSS Centre के सभी instructors (regular, contractual और guest faculty)।

Q2. अगर eKYC details certificates से match नहीं करती तो?

Registration deny नहीं की जाएगी सिर्फ mismatch की वजह से। Instructor को Authorized ITI verification के समय supporting physical documents देने होंगे। UIDAI में demographic correction करके बाद में re-eKYC भी हो सकती है।

Q3. क्या एक Instructor एक से ज़्यादा ITSU पर map हो सकता है?

नहीं। One IPRN = One ITSU या One Subject — पूरे देश में, किसी भी समय। यह ED, ES और WCS पर भी लागू होता है।

Q4. Instructor NIMS पर resign या transfer कैसे करेगा?

Instructor अपने NIMS login से resignation request submit करेगा। ITI Principal को 15 दिन में निर्णय लेना होगा। 15 दिन बाद कोई action नहीं हुई तो resignation automatically approved मानी जाएगी। Transfer के लिए भी Instructor NIMS login से apply करेगा और receiving ITI की approval ज़रूरी है।

Q5. क्या Lesson Plan upload करना mandatory है?

हाँ। हर mapped Instructor को अपने assigned batch के लिए lesson plan और demonstration plan upload करना अनिवार्य है। यह instructor profile completion के लिए compulsory requirement है।

Q6. ITSU Mapping deadline miss होने पर क्या होगा?

वह ITSU 2026 Seat Matrix में नहीं दिखेगा — कोई admission नहीं हो सकता। Seat Matrix से बाहर कोई admission हुआ तो उसकी ज़िम्मेदारी ITI/State Directorate की होगी। DGT ऐसे admissions को strictly allow नहीं करता।

Q7. Application 3 बार return होने पर क्या करें?

तीन बार non-compliance के साथ return होने पर application auto-reject हो जाएगी। इसके बाद completely fresh registration करनी होगी।

Q8. NIMS पर Instructor Teaching Material upload कर सकता है?

हाँ। Instructors teaching materials, videos और best practices upload कर सकते हैं। इससे additional scoring मिलेगी जो instructor grading में contribute करेगी। Selected materials LMS के through दूसरे instructors को professional development के लिए available होंगे।
