CTI & CITS Full Form क्या है?

सबसे पहले जानते हैं full form:

CITS / CTI क्या होता है?

CTI (अब NSTI के नाम से जाना जाता है) वो government institute है जहाँ CITS training दी जाती है।

CITS एक 1 साल की training scheme है जो DGT (Directorate General of Training) द्वारा संचालित होती है। इसमें ITI instructors को यह सिखाया जाता है कि students को effectively कैसे पढ़ाएं — यानी Trade skills के साथ-साथ Teaching methodology भी।

सरल भाषा में:

अगर ITI करने के बाद आप ITI instructor या teacher बनना चाहते हैं — तो CITS करना जरूरी है।

NCVT ने mandate किया है कि सभी ITI trainers को CITS trained होना चाहिए। फिलहाल India में 95,000+ instructor positions हैं, पर सिर्फ 15% ही CITS trained हैं — इसलिए इस field में बहुत बड़ा scope है।

CITS के लिए Eligibility (योग्यता) क्या चाहिए?

CITS में apply करने के लिए निम्न में से कोई एक qualification होनी चाहिए:

✅ NTC (National Trade Certificate) — संबंधित trade में ITI pass
✅ NAC (National Apprenticeship Certificate) — संबंधित trade में apprenticeship
✅ Diploma — Relevant branch of Engineering से recognized Board से
✅ Degree (B.E./B.Tech) — Relevant branch से recognized University से

Note: SCVT certificate holders भी eligible हैं।

CITS करने के बाद Career Scope क्या है?

CITS complete करने के बाद आप निम्न क्षेत्रों में काम कर सकते हैं:

🎯 1. ITI Instructor (अनुदेशक) सरकारी या private ITI में instructor की नौकरी — यह सबसे common career path है।

🎯 2. Skill Development Centre Trainer किसी भी Skill Development Centre पर short-term या long-term certificate training दे सकते हैं।

🎯 3. Industry Training Coordinator किसी company या industry में Training Coordinator के रूप में काम कर सकते हैं।

🎯 4. UPPCL, Railways जैसे Government Jobs कई government departments में ITI instructor posts के लिए CITS mandatory qualification है।

🎯 5. Private ITI में Teaching देश में 15,000+ ITIs हैं — CITS trained candidates की demand बहुत ज्यादा है।

CITS में Admission कैसे होता है?

CITS में admission AICET (All India Common Entrance Test) के through होता है जो DGT द्वारा centrally conduct किया जाता है।

Step-by-Step Process:

2. Online Registration करें और form भरें
3. Documents upload करें (JPG format, 100KB limit)
4. Entrance Exam Fee online pay करें
5. AICET Exam दें (CBT — Computer Based Test)
6. Result आने पर Online Counselling में participate करें
7. ₹1,000 counselling fee pay करें
8. Merit और choice के अनुसार seat allotment
9. Allotted institute में जाकर admission confirm करें

इसका मतलब — अभी भी 38% seats खाली रहती हैं। इसलिए अगर आप eligible हैं तो CITS में admission मिलने के chances अच्छे हैं।
